Once your account is deactivated, you’ll need to sign up again and create a new account to purchase online or to register entries purchased in store.
You can create an online account again via thelott.com or The Lott app, or alternatively, apply for a membership card the next time you’re in store.
You can still purchase lottery entries in store even without a membership card. However, we recommend registering any lottery entries purchased to an online account or membership card to ensure any prizes you win are protected and we have your details to make that winning phone call if you win a major prize.
