If you have a verified account, you can nominate a bank or PayPal account for your funds to be returned to. If you have an unverified account, you’ll need to verify your identity before we can pay your funds.
We advise you of your account’s funds balance via your communication preferences (usually via email) prior to the account being deactivated, so you have time to withdraw and deposit the funds into your chosen bank account, before funding source details are automatically removed after 18 months.
