Once your account has been deactivated, you have until the end of the following February to claim your funds from The Lott. To claim your funds from us, contact our team on 131 868 and provide the information we request to verify your identity.
If you have not claimed your funds from The Lott before the end of February following your account deactivation, they become unclaimed monies and need to be sent to the Victorian State Revenue Office. You can claim any unclaimed monies from the Victorian State Revenue Office from June of that same year.
You'll need to complete a State Revenue Office Unclaimed Money Search. To begin the search, you’ll need the following details of your account with The Lott:
- Name
- Address
- Postcode
You’ll then need to verify your identity at the same time as claiming your monies.
