You can permanently close your online account, including any linked Members Club cards, with The Lott by accessing the Permanently close my account feature under the My Settings, Account Access area of your account. Alternatively, you can call our Contact Centre team on 131 868.
The following requirements must be met to process your request to close your online account:
- Your online account is verified;
- You don’t have any registered lottery entries and/or Play For Purpose charity raffle tickets into draws that are yet to be conducted*;
- There are no funds remaining in your online account – all funds must be withdrawn and cleared into your nominated bank account;
- You don’t have any outstanding unclaimed prizes; and
- You don’t have any active Subscriptions.
*You may wait for draws to result and any prizes paid, or cancel your entries before requesting to permanently close your online account with us. Please note some entries cannot be cancelled before the draw except in limited circumstances. See here for more information.
