You’ll be able to open a new online account after you’ve received email confirmation from The Lott that your original online account has been closed.
The same personal details can be used to create a new online account, including email address, phone number, date of birth, name, and address.
Note: Any personalised features from your original online account, such as Subscriptions or Favourites, will need to be recreated when setting up a new online account.
However, if you have self-excluded your online account from lotteries, we will take steps to prevent you from opening a new online account with The Lott in future.
