As a member, you can choose via what topics you would like to receive communications about and via which channels.
To manage your communication preferences, follow the simple steps below:
- Login to your account at thelott.com
- Select the account icon and then select Settings and then Marketing Preferences
From here you can choose if you would like to receive communications via email and/or SMS, and select the types of information you are interested in.
If you wish to opt out of receiving marketing communications, you can turn off the email and SMS options.
There are some important account communications you can’t opt out of. These include purchase confirmations, notifications of changes to T&Cs, credit card expiry, account withdrawals, change of details, and win notifications.
You can update your preferences at any time.
