You won’t be able to close your online account if you have registered entries into future draws (lottery and/or Play For Purpose charity raffles) purchased under that online account.
You may wait for draws to result and any prizes paid, or cancel your entries before requesting to permanently close your online account with us. Please note some entries cannot be cancelled before the draw except in limited circumstances. See here for more information.
Alternatively, you may request to self-exclude your online account from lotteries and we will take steps to prevent you from opening a new online account with The Lott in future. This option is under the Responsible Play section of 'My Settings'.
