Deleting a Subscription in your online The Lott account:
- Log in to your online account at thelott.com or via The Lott app.
- Select the account icon.
- Select Subscriptions (or My Subscriptions on The Lott app).
- Identify the Subscription you want to delete and select Delete.
A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen, and the Subscription will no longer be visible in My Subscriptions.
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your Subscription has successfully been deleted.
Please note: You also have the option to pause or reactive your Subscriptions.
