To check your ticket using The Lott website or app, you must be a member of The Lott Members Club. You can join for free.
Requiring customers to sign in helps us:

- Keep ticket information and results secure
- Provide access to other digital features, including Check & Collect
- Confirm customers are located in the regions where The Lott is licensed to operate.
These requirements form part of the regulatory obligations that apply to licensed lottery operators across Australian states and territories. Once you’ve verified your identify on your online account, you can also withdraw funds from your online account into your bank account.
