Think you have a winning ticket? You can check your entry in-store, online, or via The Lott app.
How to check your lottery ticket purchased in-store on The Lott website:
- Navigate to thelott.com.
- Select ‘Results’ in the top menu bar.
- Select ‘Check my ticket’.
- Enter the 24-digit ticket number found at the top of your in-store purchased entry.
- Once entered, select the ‘Check my ticket’ button.
If you're accessing The Lott website from your mobile, tablet, or computer with a camera enabled, you can scan your ticket instead of entering the entire ticket number.
To do so, select ‘scan with camera’ and scan the barcode at the bottom of your ticket. This will automatically populate the ticket number field. Then, select the ‘Check my ticket’ button.
If you see a ‘ticket number not found’ message, you can use the ‘Search Results’ feature under the relevant lottery game’s results page. Simply enter the draw number to manually check your ticket numbers. Information on prize claim timeframes is available here.
If your ticket has won a prize, we’ll detail the steps on what to do next. This information can also be found here.
If your ticket has draws remaining, be sure to keep this ticket in a safe place. You can check it again once all draws are complete to see if any of the tickets are a winner.
If you check your ticket and it says ‘still open’, then the draw results aren’t available yet and you’ll need to try again later.
If you’d like to play your ticket again, select ‘play it again’ and the ticket will be added to your cart. You’ll then need to navigate to your cart, located at the top of the right side of the screen, to complete this purchase.
Please note: Players in South Australia with Keno tickets are unable to check these via The Lott website or app. Please check these in-store.
