You can check your ticket in-store, via The Lott app or on The Lott website.
To check your ticket on The Lott website:
- Navigate to thelott.com.
- Select Results in the top menu bar.
- Select Check My Ticket.
- Enter the 24-digit number that appears at the very top of your ticket, and then select Check ticket.
OR
- If you’re accessing the website from your mobile, tablet or a computer with a camera enabled, you can scan your ticket instead of entering the ticket number.
- Next to the Check ticket button, click the camera icon and scan the barcode at the bottom of your ticket using your device's camera. A prompt should ask you to allow thelott.com to access your camera.
If your ticket has won a prize, we’ll detail the steps on what to do next. This information can also be found here.
If your ticket has draws remaining, then make sure you hold on tight to it. Make sure you check it again once all draws have taken place to see if it's a winner.
If you check your ticket and it says Still open, then the draw results aren’t available yet and you’ll need to try again later.
If you’d like to play your ticket again, select Play it again and the ticket will be added to your cart. You’ll then need to navigate to your cart, located at the top of the right side of the screen, to complete this purchase.
Please note: Players in South Australia with Keno tickets are unable to check these via The Lott website or app. Please check these in-store.
