Think you have a winning ticket? You can check your entry in-store, online or via The Lott app.
How to check your lottery ticket purchased in-store through The Lott app:
- Open The Lott app on your device.
- Select ‘Scan your ticket’ at the top of the app.
- You may be prompted to allow The Lott app to access the camera on your device. More information is available here.
- Scan the barcode at the bottom of your in-store purchased entry.
- Once scanned, the draw results will be displayed on your device and you’ll be notified if you’ve won a prize.

If you see a ‘ticket number not found’ message, you will need to go to thelott.com and use the ‘Search Results’ feature under the relevant lottery game’s results page. You can then enter the draw number to manually check your ticket numbers.
How to check your lottery ticket purchased online through The Lott app:
- Open The Lott app on your device.
- Log in with your account details.
- Select the account icon at the bottom of the app.
- Select ‘My Tickets’.
- Search for the ticket you want to check.
- If your ticket has won a prize, it will display ‘Win’.
- If your ticket hasn’t won a prize, it will display ‘No win’.
- Select the ticket to view further details about the entry (including any prizes won, the ticket number and the numbers matched in the draw).
Please note: tickets are sorted by purchase date, rather than draw date.
