Although tickets into our lottery games can be purchased in all Australian states and territories (excluding Western Australia), prizes can only be claimed from the state in the ticket was purchased.

- Golden Casket: for lottery and Instant Scratch-Its tickets purchased in Queensland, and Instant Scratch-Its tickets purchased in Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
- NSW Lotteries: for lottery and Instant Scratch-Its tickets purchased in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
- Tatts: for lottery and Instant Scratch-Its tickets purchased in Victoria, and lottery tickets purchased in Tasmania.
- Tatts NT: for lottery tickets purchased in the Northern Territory.
- SA Lotteries: for lottery and Instant Scratch-Its tickets purchased in South Australia.
Instant Scratch-Its tickets conducted by Golden Casket can be claimed in Queensland, Tasmania or the Northern Territory.
If you have won a prize from a ticket purchased interstate, you will need to claim your prize by post using a Prize Claim Form from the state your purchased ticket was purchased. More information is available here.
