It’s easy to claim your lottery and Instant Scratch-Its prizes by post by following these simple steps:
1. Complete a Prize Claim Form
These forms are available from your local retailer or you can download them below to print at home.
- Golden Casket Prize Claim Form for lottery and Instant Scratch-Its tickets purchased in Queensland, and Instant Scratch-Its tickets purchased in Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
- NSW Lotteries Prize Claim Form for lottery and Instant Scratch-Its tickets purchased in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
- Tatts Prize Claim Form for lottery and Instant Scratch-Its tickets purchased in Victoria, and lottery tickets purchased in Tasmania.
- Tatts NT Prize Claim Form for lottery tickets purchased in the Northern Territory.
- SA Lotteries Prize Claim Form for lottery and Instant Scratch-Its tickets purchased in South Australia. If the prize has not been paid in 12 months from the last draw on the ticket, you will also need to submit the completed Ex Gratia Statutory Declaration Form.
Tip for Instant Scratch-Its Prize claims: The Instant Scratch-Its Game Code can be found under the price of the ticket, while the Ticket Validation Number is found underneath the barcode.
2. Send the completed Prize Claim Form and the original ticket to us
We strongly suggest writing your contact details on the back of any winning ticket and making a copy of the winning ticket for your own records, such as a photocopy or photograph.
