As a member of The Lott Members Club, you can secure your in-store tickets by registering them to your membership, giving you peace of mind that your prizes are protected. You can also choose how you want your prizes paid.
When you play in-store, you can either claim your prize by taking your winning ticket back into an outlet or you can have your prize paid into your bank account automatically after 4 weeks.
To ensure that you receive your unclaimed prizes automatically, simply add your bank account details to your membership.
Adding a bank account to your membership card (if your card is linked with an online account)
- Log in to your online account at thelott.com or via The Lott app
- Select the account icon.
- Select Prizes, then select Into my bank account
- Enter your BSB, account number, account name and select Save . Your bank account details will be added to your membership card.
Alternatively, if you do not have an online account, you can fill out a Change of Details form at your local outlet.
