It’s easy to claim your lottery and Instant Scratch-Its prizes by post by following these simple steps:
1. Complete a Prize Claim Form
The Prize Claim forms are available from your local retailer or you can download and complete the relevant form here.
Tip for Instant Scratch-Its prize claims: The Instant Scratch-Its Game Code can be found under the price of the ticket, while the Ticket Validation Number is found underneath the barcode.
2. Send the completed Prize Claim Form and the original ticket to us
We strongly suggest writing your contact details on the back of any winning ticket and making a copy of the winning ticket for your own records, such as a photocopy or photograph.
Send the original ticket and the fully completed Prize Claim form to the Administration address listed at the top of the Prize Claim Form.
We recommend sending your claim by Registered Post for added security and so you can keep track of your ticket and claim form.
