How do I enable the camera on my device?

Some features in The Lott app, such as Scan your ticket, require access to the camera on your device. 

Enabling the camera on an iOS device: 

1. Open Settings from the home screen of your mobile device. 
2. From the list of available apps, locate and select The Lott app. 
3. Under Allow The Lott to Access options, toggle on the option to allow The Lott app to access your camera. 

Enabling the camera on Android 

1. Open Settings from the home screen of your mobile device. 
2. Select Apps from the menu. 
3. From the list of available apps, locate and select The Lott app. 
4. Under App Permissions, toggle on the option to allow The Lott app to access your camera.
