I've forgotten my username! What should I do?

Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your username to your online The Lott account.  

It’s easy to retrieve it using The Lott website by following the instructions below. 

Via The Lott website:

1. On thelott.com, select Login. 
2. Select Forgotten username or password? and then Forgotten username?. 
3. Enter your details in the Date of birth and Email address section, before selecting Send reminder. 
4. If successful, a message saying Thanks! will appear. 
   • We will verify the details you have entered are correct and email your username to the email address registered to your account. 
5. Retrieve your username from your email and return to thelott.com to enter your details.

Via The Lott App:

1. 1. On The Lott app, select Login.
   2. Select Forgotten username or password? and then Forgotten username?. 
   3. Enter your details in the Date of birth and Email address section, before selecting Send reminder. 
   4. If successful, a message saying Thanks! will appear. 
      • We will verify the details you have entered are correct and email your username to the email address registered to your account. 
   5. Retrieve your username from your email and return to the app to enter your details.
