How do I log in with a One-Time Password?

As an alternative to logging in with your username and password, you can get a one-time code sent via SMS to access your account. 

To log in with an SMS code

1. On thelott.com, select Log in.
2. Under the Log in with SMS code section, enter your date of birth and mobile phone number.
3. Click Send code.
4. Enter the six-digit code sent to your mobile number and click Log in. If you don’t receive a code, check your details and click Resend code to try again. 
5. If successful, a message saying Welcome back! will appear. You can then update your login details, grab an entry, or check your lottery tickets.
6. To return to The Lott website, click the white cross (X) at the top right of the welcome box. 

One-time codes can only be used once. If you choose to login with a one-time code again, you’ll need to request a new code by repeating the above steps.

Please note: If you are using The Lott app, the one-time code option appears after several failed attempts to login with your username and password.
