Every time you purchase a ticket purchase or have a win, we’ll send you a notification email.
A ticket purchase notification email is usually sent within 10 minutes of the transaction, while a prize win notification email is usually sent a few hours after a draw.
If you aren't receiving our notification emails, there are a few possible reasons:
- Incorrect email address: log in to your online The Lott account and check your contact email address is correct. If the email address is incorrect, you can update it (details here).
- Spam: check your spam folder to see if the email is there.
You can also add the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list. More information is available here on how to add our email address to the safe sender list for the common web mail providers (such as Yahoo!, Gmail and Hotmail/Outlook.com/Live.com).
If your email is with another email provider, visit their website to find out how to add email addresses to your safe sender list.
