Every time when you make a ticket purchase, cancel a ticket or have a win, we will send you a notification email.
A ticket purchase and ticket cancellation notification email is usually sent within 10 minutes, while a prize win notification email is sent a few hours after a draw.
If you aren't receiving our notification emails there are a few possible reasons for that:
- Incorrect email address - log in your account and check that your contact email address is correct. If the email address is incorrect you can update it at the same time (details here)
- Spam - check your spam folder to see if the email is there
Additional action you can take is to add our email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list (white-list). To do so you will need to follow the instructions by your service provider.
