How do I unsubscribe from emails?

The easiest way to unsubscribe from The Lott’s emails is from within a recent email. Simply: 

1. Open an email from The Lott and scroll to the bottom of the message. 
2. Select the Unsubscribe link to instantly stop receiving any future emails.   

You can also update your online account marketing preferences on The Lott website: 

1. Log in to your online account at www.thelott.com. 
2. Select the account icon. 
3. Select Settings and then Marketing preferences to view how we currently communicate with you.  
4. To stop receiving emails, unselect the Email option and select Save at the bottom of the page.

To update your communication preferences via The Lott apps

1. Open and log in to The Lott app on your iOS or Android device.
2. Tap on the account option in the tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select Settings and then Marketing preferences to view how we currently communicate with you.

4. To stop receiving emails, toggle the Email option at the top of the page to 'OFF', or refine your preferences via the options in the general information section.
