To pause an online account Subscription:
- Log in to your online account at thelott.com or via The Lott app..
- Select the account icon.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select Pause next to the subscription you’d like to stop.
- A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen and the subscription will show a paused status in Inactive Subscriptions.
- You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your subscription has been paused.
