There are a few reasons why your Subscription may have failed:
- There are insufficient funds in your online account and/or your backup payment method.
- Your account has been suspended, or you’ve locked yourself out of your account.
- You’ve reached your weekly spend limit.
- There was an issue with your bank when using your backup payment method.
Subscription failure notification
Each time your Subscription fails to purchase a ticket, you’ll receive a notification email specifying why your purchase failed.
If your subscription fails more than three times, it will automatically be suspended.
