If your Subscription purchase fails more than three times, it will be suspended.
You can reactivate a suspended Subscription at any time using your online account via The Lott website or The Lott app. More information on reactivating your Subscription is available here.
Before reactivating a Subscription, we recommend investigating why the purchases failed previously.
