Follow our steps below to re-activate a Subscription.
From the Lott website:
To reactivate an existing Subscription you will need to login to your online account.
Once logged in, click on the account icon in the top-right corner and select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
Identify the inactive Subscription you wish to modify and click the Reactivate button.
A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen and the Subscription will now show in the Active Subscriptions section.
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your Subscription has successfully been re-activated.
From the Lott App:
Open or download the Lott App on your device and login to your account.
Once logged in, click on the account icon at the bottom of your screen and select My Subscriptions from the menu.
Identify and open the inactive Subscription you wish to modify.
Click the Reactivate Subscription button and confirm.
The Subscription will show an active status in the Active Subscriptions section.
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your Subscription has been successfully re-activated.
