Follow our steps below to delete a Subscription.
From the Lott website:
To delete an existing Subscription you will need to login to your online account.
Once logged in, click on the account icon in the top-right corner and select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
Identify the Subscription you wish to modify and click the Delete button and confirm.
A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen and the Subscription will no longer be visable in My Subscriptions.
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your Subscription has successfully been deleted.
From the Lott App:
Open or download the Lott App on your device and login to your account.
Once logged in, click on the account icon at the bottom of your screen and select My Subscriptions from the menu.
Identify and open the inactive Subscription you wish to delete.
Click the Delete Subscription button and confirm.
The Subscription will no longer be visable in My Subscriptions.
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your Subscription has successfully been deleted.
