There are various reasons why you may be unable to create an account online:
You already have an online account

You may have an account with with Scratch eClub that is not enabled for Lotteries
As an added convenience customers have the ability to purchase Lotteries and access the benefits of Scratch eClub using a single account.
If you are already a member of Scratch eClub it is possible that your account has not been enabled to purchase Lotteries products online. If this is the case you can contact our Customer Support Team on 131 868 to enable this service for you.
You may be receiving Lotteries results emails
Previously we have offered customers the ability to receive Lotteries Draw Results via email, without needing a full online account.
If you have been receiving Results emails but do not recall having an account with us, you can contact our Customer Support Team on 131 868 to upgrade your account to enable you to play Lotteries online.
You are not permitted to play lotteries online based on your jurisdiction
As Australia's Official Lotteries, we are licensed to offer the purchase of Lotteries products online to the following States and Territories of Australia:
- Queensland
- New South Wales
- Australian Capital Territory
- Victoria
- Tasmania
- Northern Territory
- South Australia
Outside of Australia, the following Countries / Territories are also able to play Lotteries online, based on existing or understood agreements:
- Christmas Island
- Cook Islands
- Nauru
- New Zealand
- Norfolk Island
- Solomon Islands
