With SMS Security, we’ll send you a randomly generated one-time SMS authorisation code to your nominated mobile phone every time you make changes to your account information, such as resetting your password or updating your personal information. Simply enter the code when prompted on The Lott app or thelott.com.
Existing accounts (created before 12 February 2024) can opt in to SMS Security at any time by logging into your online account on The Lott app or thelott.com, navigating to the Settings menu and selecting SMS Verification.
New accounts created after 12 February 2024, will automatically be opted in to SMS Security when they create an account with The Lott.
If you have opted into SMS Security, you will no longer be able to opt out, as keeping your information secure is of the utmost importance here at The Lott.
