This article contains help on how to link your existing Winners Circle, Players Club, Tatts Card or Easiplay Club card at the time of creating an account online.
When completing our online registration process on the Lott Website you can choose to link your existing Winners Circle, Players Club, Tatts Card or Easiplay Club Card at the same time as creating your online account. You should only ever link your own Player Card to your online account as the names on your Player Card and online account must match. Linking your card allows you to view entries you’ve purchased in-store online via your ticket history, manage your Favourite entries, personal details and prize payment preferences.
You can also choose to link your Player Card at a later time from within your online account via the Lott Website or App. If you already have an online account and would like to link an existing Player Card, visit our article on ‘How do I link my Player Card to my online account?’
Step 1: Visit the Lott Website
From any page of thelott.com, tap on the ‘SIGN UP’ button in the top right hand corner of your screen, appearing next to the ‘Login’ and Shopping Cart buttons.
Alternatively, visit our Sign Up page directly by visiting https://www.thelott.com/join-up
Step 2: Enter your details within the Sign Up form as prompted
Enter the details required in each field of the Sign Up form. For help with completing this form, visit our article ‘How do I create an account with the Lott?’
Step 3: Enter your Player Card number
Within the field labelled ‘Player Card Number’, enter the Card Number listed on your Winners Circle, Players Club, Tatts Card or Easiplay Club card.
Step 4: Submit your application
Once you have completed all fields, tap the ‘CONTINUE’ button to submit your application. If successful you will have completed the sign up process and be logged into your new online account.
For players in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, Tasmania and the Northern Territory, you can confirm if your card was successfully linked by visiting the ‘My Settings’ section within your online account, and tapping on the accordion called ‘Membership’
For players in South Australia, you can confirm if your card was successfully linked by visiting the Easiplay Club section within your online account.
If you do not see your existing Player Card within your online account, there may have been an issue when attempting to link the Player Card number provided.
If you enter your Player Card Number incorrectly
Your Player Card will not be linked to your new online account, and a new electronic card will be automatically created. You can link your existing Player Card from within your online account at any time, and delete the electronic card we automatically created for you should you wish.
If you enter a Player Card Number that does not match the information you have provided
To ensure that we correctly link your Player Card to your new online account, we check the information you have provided against the information we have held on file. Where a match is not successful your Player Card will not be linked to your new online account, and a new electronic card will be automatically created.
If you would like to confirm the details of your existing Player Card, please Contact Us.
If you enter a Player Card Number that has already been linked to an online account
As a Player Card can only be linked to one online account, your Player Card Number will not be linked to your new online account, and a new electronic card will be automatically created.
If you do not recall linking your Player Card to an online account, please Contact Us.
If you enter a Player Card Number that is currently registered in two names
As an online account can only be created in a single person’s name, we currently do not allow the linking of Player Cards which were created with the names of two separate people. Your Player Card will not be linked to your new online account, and a new electronic card will be automatically created in the name you registered with.
Should you wish to continue using your Player Card which is in two names, you will need to continue managing your membership in-store.
If you enter a Player Card Number that is from a different jurisdiction than your online account
A Player Card can only be linked to an online account within the same jurisdiction:
- A Winners Circle card can only be linked to an online account registered in Queensland;
- A Players Club card can only be linked to an online account registered in New South Wales or the Australian Capital Territory;
- A Tatts Card can only be linked to an online account registered in Victoria, Tasmania or the Northern Territory;
- An Easiplay Club card can only be linked to an online account registered in South Australia.
If you enter a Player Card Number that has been issued from a different jurisdiction than the online account you are creating, your Player Card will not be linked to your new online account, and a new electronic card will be automatically created in the name you registered with.
