You can choose to link your existing Members Club card when creating your online The Lott account.
You should only ever link your own Members Club card to your online account as the name on the card and online account must match.
Linking your card allows you to view tickets you’ve purchased in-store online via your account ticket history, manage your Favourite tickets, update your personal details and determine your prize payment preferences.
You can also choose to link your Members Club card to your online The Lott account at a later time. More information on this is available here.
Linking your card when creating your online account on The Lott website:
- Visit The Lott sign up page here.
- Enter your details in each field of the sign up form.
- Enter your card number at Player Card Number.

Once all details have been completed, select Continue to submit your application.
- If successful, you will be logged into your new online account.
- You can confirm if your card was successfully linked by visiting My Settings and then Membership while logged in to your online account on The Lott website.
If you enter your Members Club card number incorrectly
- Your Members Club card will not be linked to your new online account, and a new electronic card will be automatically created.
- You can link your existing Members Club card from within your online account at any time, and delete the electronic card we automatically created.
If you enter a Members Club card number that does not match the information you have provided
- Where a match is not successful, your existing Members Club card will not be linked to your new online account, and a new electronic card will be automatically created. Please contact our Customer Support team on 131 868 for assistance.
If you enter a Members Club card number that has already been linked to an online account
- As a Members Club card can only be linked to one online account, your Members Club card number will not be linked to your new online account, and a new electronic card will be automatically created. Please contact our Customer Support team on 131 868 for assistance.
If you enter a Members Club card number that is currently registered in two names
- As an online account can only be created in a single person’s name, we cannot link Members Club cards that were created with the names of two separate people. Your Members Club card will not be linked to your new online account, and a new electronic card will be automatically created in the name you registered with.
- Should you wish to continue using your Members Club card which is in two names, you will need to continue managing your membership in-store.
If you enter a Members Club card number that is from a different jurisdiction than your online account
- If you enter a Members Club card number that has been issued from a different jurisdiction (Golden Casket, NSW Lotteries, Tatts, Tatts NT and SA Lotteries) to the online account you are creating, your Members Club card will not be linked to your new online account, and a new electronic card will be automatically created.
