How do I update my email address?

Follow these simple steps to update the email address linked to your online The Lott account on The Lott website: 

1. Log in to your online account at thelott.com. 
2. Select the account icon  
3. Select Settings. 
4. Open the Personal Details option and select Edit next to Contact Details. 
5. Enter your new email address and select Save. 

Please note:  

• This will only change the email address we are using to communicate with you.  
• If you’d prefer to update the email address you use as the username for your online The Lott account, you’ll need to update this separately. More information on this is available here. 
• You can only update your email address on The Lott website, not The Lott app.
