When you sign up for an online account, it's issued by the relevant lottery licencee based on the state in which you live. Should you move interstate (a new lottery jurisdiction) where The Lott products are sold, your existing account must be closed and a new account created.
You can close your online account, including any linked Members Club cards, with The Lott by accessing the Permanently close my account feature under the My Settings, Account Access area of your account.
You’ll be able to open a new online account after you’ve received email confirmation from The Lott that your original online account has been closed.
