How do I update my contact details?

Changing your contact details for your The Lott account is easy!

To change your contact details on The Lott website:

1. Log in to your online account at thelott.com
2. Select the account icon  
3. Select Settings. 
4. Open the Personal Details option and select Edit next to Contact Details. 
5. Update your contact details as needed.

To change your contact details on The Lott app:

1. Log in to your online account via The Lott app
2. Select the account icon  
3. Select Settings
4. Open the Personal Details option
5. Update your contact details as needed.

Please note:  

• Updating the email address also updates your username to the email address.
• Next time you log in, just make sure you use the email as your username along with your password.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA/2fa) is required to update your details. More information here.
