How do I update my contact details?

Changing your contact details for your The Lott account is easy!

To change your contact details on The Lott website:

1. Log in to your online account at thelott.com
2. Select the account icon  
3. Select Settings. 
4. Open the Personal Details option and select Edit next to Contact Details. 
5. Update your contact details as needed.

To change your contact details on The Lott app:

1. Log in to your online account via The Lott app
2. Select the account icon  
3. Select Settings
4. Open the Personal Details option
5. Update your contact details as needed.

Please note:  

• This will only change the email address we are using to communicate with you.  
• If you’d prefer to update the email address you use as the username for your online The Lott account, you’ll need to update this separately. More information on this is available here. 
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA/2fa) is required to update your details. More information here.
