You can sign-up to The Lott Members Club in just a few easy steps! You can choose to join in-store, online, or via The Lott app.
To sign-up online using your existing PayPal account, visit here, otherwise follow the steps below to join online with your email address.
Please note: As required by law, upon joining we will need to verify your name, age and residential address. Please ensure your details match documents like your passport or driver’s licence to complete the below process.
Joining The Lott Members Club via The Lott website:
1. On thelott.com, select Log in > Join > Join using your email address.
Alternatively, you can join by linking to an existing Members Card.
2. Enter your email address and then create a unique password.
Your password must be at least 10 characters long and include a combination of random letters, numbers and symbols.
3. Enter your legal name (first and last name only) as it appears on your driver's licence and other legal ID types.
4. Enter your date of birth.
You must be 18 years of age or older to play lottery games and be eligible to receive prizes. Upon joining, we will verify your age and identity.
5. Enter your residential address.
- Start typing in your residential address and we will provide auto fill suggestions, or you can enter it manually.
- This should be the same address as the one listed on key identification documents.
- A PO Box is not a valid address.
6. Enter your mobile number and select 'Send code'.
Then enter the verification code sent to your phone by SMS.
7. Choose a spend limit (optional). This is only visible to South Australian customers.
8. Once all fields have been completed, select 'Join'.
You will receive a confirmation email once your online account application has been successful.
Joining The Lott Members Club via The Lott app:
