There may be a number of reasons why you are unable to withdraw funds from your online account.
Your identity has not been verified
It is a state government requirement that you verify that you are over the age of 18 and live in your stated location within 90 days of creating your account (45 days if you live in the Northern Territory). This process must be completed before you can withdraw any funds from within your account.

Your Credit/Debit Card has not been confirmed
Every Debit or Credit Card assigned to your account must go through the confirmation process before you can withdraw funds. Currently this process can only be completed by logging into your online account on the Lott website. See our article on confirming your Debit or Credit Card for detailed instructions.
You have not provided a Bank Account
The first time you withdraw funds from your online account you must specify a bank account for any current and future funds to be withdrawn into. If you need assistance, please see our article on adding a bank account.
The funds you deposited have not been turned over
Any funds that have been deposited into your online account using a Credit Card cannot be withdrawn directly into your bank account. In order to access these funds you must ensure they are used at least once to purchase an entry online and withdrawn as prize winnings.
