How do I change my payment method for a Subscription?

Follow our simple steps below to change the payment method for a Subscription you’ve created with your online The Lott account.  

Using The Lott website 

1. Log in to your online account at thelott.com.  
2. Select the account icon.  
3. Select Subscriptions.  
4. Select Change next to Subscription method. 
5. Choose to add a new PayPal account, or debit or credit card in the pop-up window. 
   • If you choose to add a new PayPal account or debit or credit card, fill in all the details and select Use This Method.  

Using The Lott app 

1. Log in to your online account on The Lott app. 
2. Select the account icon. 
3. Select Subscriptions. 
4. Select Edit in the Backup Payment Method section to alter payment details. 
5. Select an existing payment method or choose to add a new PayPal account, or debit or credit card. 
   • Fill in all the details if you choose to add a new PayPal account or debit or credit card.  
   • Select Add Card to finalise the addition of a new debit or credit card.
