Depositing funds using PayPal within The Lott website
Step 1: Login into The Lott website
From any page of thelott.com, tap on 'LOGIN' in the top right hand corner of your screen and follow the prompts. For help with logging into The Lott website visit our article How do I log into my account?
Step 2: Access the Funds section of your Account
In the top right hand corner of your screen, tap the My Account icon to open your Account menu, and then tap on the 'Funds option.
Once the My Funds page has loaded, tap on the 'ADD FUNDS TO MY ONLINE BALANCE' option within the accordion menu.
The option to deposit funds using PayPal will be shown here alongside other deposit options including Debit and Credit cards, BPAY and Direct Deposit.
If you have not connected your PayPal account to your online Lotteries account previously, you will be asked to login to your PayPal account and choose your preferred funding source as part of the deposit funds process.
Important note regarding Mastercard via PayPal
Based on recent changes to Mastercard's policies, PayPal are unable to offer Mastercard as a funding source within the PayPal wallet when depositing funds with Lotteries or Wagering businesses.

Step 3: Deposit Funds
To deposit funds, tap on the 'DEPOSIT' button shown beneath the PayPal option.
Within the pop-up that appears, enter the amount of money you would like to deposit into your online Lotteries account and tap the 'Pay with PayPal' button. Your deposit must be at least $1.00 to continue.
If successful you will receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen and the deposited funds will be visible in your online account balance. You will also receive an email from PayPal confirming your deposit.
Important note regarding Credit Card Cash Advance Fees
It is important to note that if you choose a Credit Card as your preferred funding source within PayPal for depositing funds into your online Lotteries account your bank may at their own discretion treat this deposit as a Cash Advance and apply subsequent fees.

Step 1: Login to The Lott app for iOS or Android
Open or download The Lott app on your device.
