Has your Instant Scratch-Its ticket got you scratching your head?
Losing a ‘scratchie’ can be stressful, but if you’ve lost or damaged your Instant Scratch-Its ticket, you’ll need to complete a Lost or Damaged Ticket Search Form. This information will be used to locate the ticket in our lottery system.
Depending on where the ticket was purchased, download and print the relevant form here. If multiple tickets are lost or damaged, a form will need to be completed for each ticket.
Once complete, forward the Lost or Damaged Ticket Search Form to the postal address listed on the form, and include the original ticket (if applicable). We recommend you keep a copy as well.
Completion of the Statutory Declaration section is a mandatory requirement.
To maintain the integrity of our claims process, we can only process limited Lost/Damaged Ticket Search requests for each ticket. This helps prevent misuse and ensures fair outcomes for all players. As such, we may decline to accept repeated requests relating to the same ticket.
Successful claims resulting in a prize will be paid pending verification and approval as per the Condition of Search listed on the form.
