Responsible Play is all about being informed, having fun and knowing your limits. If playing lottery games is no longer fun for you, we offer you the option to exclude/bar yourself from playing lotteries online. You can complete this process online through your account, or by contacting us on 1300 138 132.
Once you exclude/bar yourself from online play, your account will immediately be suspended and you will be unable to purchase lotteries online for the time specified in your account. To reactivate your account you will need to provide a written request to our Customer Support Team once the exclusion period ends.
