To exclude yourself from playing lotteries online you can contact us on 1300 138 132.
Alternatively, you will need to log in to your account.
Once logged in, click on the account icon in the top-right corner and select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Open the Responsible Play option and scroll to the Suspend my account from playing lotteries online section.
Click the Self-Exclusion Notice button.
Please read the options carefully and once your understand and agree to all, tick the boxes.
Click the Suspend My Account button to finalise the Self-Exclusion Notice.
Please note: Once you confirm your self-exclusion your account will be immediately suspended and you will be unable to purchase lottery products online for the specified self-exclusion period. To reactivate your account you will need to provide a written request to the Customer Support Team once the exclusion period ends.
