You can decrease your Weekly Online Spend Limit at any time, and this change will be applied to your online lottery account immediately.
If you choose to increase your Weekly Online Spend Limit, this change will take effect after a seven-day waiting period. If you make any additional changes to your Weekly Online Spend Limit during this time, the seven-day waiting period will reset.
Your Weekly Online Spend Limit will be calculated with reference to all lottery products purchased online (excluding Play for Purpose) between Monday and Sunday (inclusive) via The Lott website and/or app. Your Weekly Online Spend Limit will reset each week with your first online purchase.
The purchase of lottery products in-store will not be included within your Weekly Online Spend Limit unless purchased using your online lottery funds.
To manage your spend limit on The Lott website, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your online account at thelott.com.
- Select the account icon.
- Select Settings.
- Select Responsible Play.
- Select Edit next to Set a Weekly Spend Limit.
- Enter your Weekly Online Spend Limit and Save to finalise your changes.
To manage your Weekly Online Spend Limit on The Lott app, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on The Lott app.
- Select the account icon.
- Select Settings.
- Select Weekly Online Spend Limit.
- Enter your Weekly Online Spend Limit and Save to finalise your changes.
