Complete the following steps to self-exclude on The Lott website:
- Log in to thelott.com.
- Select the account icon.
- Select Settings and then Responsible Play.
- Under Permanently self-exclude click on Get Started and follow the prompts.
To self-exclude via The Lott app:
- Log in to your account via The Lott app.
- Select the account icon.
- Select Settings.
- Select Permanently Self-exclude, check the boxes and click I agree.
