Responsible Play is all about being informed, having fun and knowing your limits.
If playing lottery games is no longer fun for you, we offer you the option to exclude yourself (bar in South Australia) from playing lotteries online. You can complete this process through your online The Lott account, or by contacting us on 1300 138 132 (translation assistance available).
Once you exclude/bar yourself from online play, your account will immediately be suspended, and you’ll be unable to purchase lotteries online for the time specified in your account.
To reactivate your account, you will need to provide a written request to our Customer Support team once the exclusion period ends.
Remember, help is always at hand. Visit our Responsible Play page for more information about additional self-management tools and responsible gambling resources
Free and confidential support and counselling services are available 24/7 by calling Gambling Help Line on 1800 858 858 or visiting their website.
