Changing the password on your online The Lott account is easy!
All passwords should be at least 10 characters long, contain a combination of letter, numbers and symbols, and should be both unique.
To change your password on The Lott website:
- Log in to your online account at thelott.com.
- Select the account icon.
- Select Settings.
- Select Account Access and then Edit next to Password.

Enter your current password followed by your new password and then select Save.
- We provide a strength password indicator as a guide for how secure your password is.
To change your password via The Lott app:
- Log in to your online account via The Lott app.
- Select the account icon.
- Select Settings, and then Username & password.
- Select Change password.

Enter your current password followed by your new password and then select Save.
- We provide a strength password indicator as a guide for how secure your password is. We recommend your password to be listed as ‘Strong’.
Changing your password without logging in
You can also change your password without logging in by using the Forgot Password function, available from the login screen on either The Lott website or app. More information on resetting your password is available here.
