How do I change my username?

It’s easy to update your username using The Lott website by simply following these steps: 

1. Log in to your online account at thelott.com. 
2. Select the account icon. 
3. Select Settings. 
4. Select Account access from the list and then select Edit next to Username. 
5. Enter your new username and select Save.  
   1. Your username must be at least three characters long. 
   2. If the error message Username is already taken appears, please create a different username and select Save. 

Please note: you are unable to change your username via The Lott app. 

If you change your username to an alternative email address, it will not change the email we use to communicate with you. If you would like to update this email address, do so by selecting Settings and then Personal Details when logged into your online The Lott account. More information about this is available here.
