If you wish to deposit funds using a Credit or Debit Card you will need to ensure you have successfully linked them to your online account. You can add a maximum of three (3) Cards during a 180 day period. If you have exceeded this limit with a valid reason, please contact our support team on 131 868 for assistance.
Follow our steps below to learn how to add a Credit or Debit Card.
From the Lott website:
Firstly, you will need to log in to your online account.
Once logged in, click on the account icon in the top-right corner and select Funds from the drop-down menu.
Under the 'Add funds to my online balance' section click on the Deposit With New Card option.
Complete all fields in the pop up window including a deposit amount over $1.00 and click Add Card and Deposit.
If successful you will see a green confirmation message at the top of the screen.
From the Lott App:
Open or download the Lott App on your device and login to your account.
Below we are using a Tatts account as an example.
Once logged in, click on the account icon at the bottom of your screen.
Select Deposit Funds from the menu.
In the Select a Card field choose the Add a card option.
Complete all fields including a deposit amount over $1.00 and click Add Card and Deposit.
If successful the card will be added to your online account.
Please note: You must deposit a minimum of $1.00 into your account to add a new Debit or Credit Card. Deposits via Credit Card may be considered as a cash advance by the issuer of your card and attract additional charges. Contact your financial institution for further information.
