Play Pick is a new way to choose your lottery numbers in The Lott app. Instead of marking a number grid, you simply play a quick game to reveal your numbers.
There are two games to choose from:
- Pop & Play - tap or swipe to pop the bubbles and reveal your numbers.
- Drop & Play - tilt your device to guide balls through pegs and gaps until they lock in your numbers.
Play Pick can be played across Saturday Lotto, Oz Lotto, Powerball, Weekday Windfall and Set for Life.
You don't need to be logged in to play the mini game itself, but you will be asked to log in before you complete your purchase. If you're not yet a member, you can join The Lott Members Club for free.
Once you've finished playing, your numbers carry straight into your ticket. You can review them before you confirm and check out, just like any other entry.

How do I use Play Pick to choose my numbers?
- On the Play screen in The Lott app, tap the Play Pick tile, found below 'Create your own'.
- Choose your entry type and how many games you'd like to play.
- Select the game you'd like to play: Drop & Play or Pop & Play.
- Wait for the short intro screen to load while the game gets ready.
- Play the game
- Once you're finished, your lottery numbers will carry straight into your ticket.
- Review your numbers, then confirm your ticket and check out as you normally would.
- If a ball gets stuck during Drop & Play, simply shake your device to reposition it and keep it moving.
- If you'd like to change your chosen numbers, you can review them before confirming your ticket.
