Some features in The Lott app, such as Scan your ticket, require access to the camera on your device.
Enabling the camera on an iOS device:
- Open Settings from the home screen of your mobile device.
- From the list of available apps, locate and select The Lott app.
- Under Allow The Lott to Access options, toggle on the option to allow The Lott app to access your camera.
Enabling the camera on Android
- Open Settings from the home screen of your mobile device.
- Select Apps from the menu.
- From the list of available apps, locate and select The Lott app.
- Under App Permissions, toggle on the option to allow The Lott app to access your camera.
