If you do not verify your identity your account will remain in a 'restricted' state, preventing you from the following:
- You will be unable to withdraw any prize winnings from your account.
- You will not be able to use our Subscription service, enabling you to purchase entries into your favourite games automatically.
- You will have limits on the amount of money you can deposit into your account.
- You will have limits on the amount of money you can spend each week using your account.
Depending on what State or Territory you live in, different conditions will also apply to not verifying your identity:
- If you are a resident of Queensland, you have 90 days from the time of creating your account with Golden Casket to verify your identity. If this process is not completed in that time frame, your account will be closed. If your account remains unverified for a period of 12 months, any funds residing within your account will be sent to the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation in Queensland.
- If you are a resident of New South Wales or the Australian Capital Territory, you will have 90 days from the time of creating your account with NSW Lotteries to verify your identity. If this process is not completed in that time frame, your account will be closed. Any funds residing within your account will be retained until you are able to complete verification of your identity.
- If you are a resident of the Northern Territory, you have 45 days from the time of creating your account with Tatts NT to verify your identity. If this process is not completed in that time frame, your account will be closed.
- If you are a resident of South Australia, you have 90 days from the time of creating your account with SA Lotteries to verify your identity. If this process is not completed in that time frame, your account will be closed.
Please note that for the purposes of identity verification, International customers are assigned the rules abiding within the Northern Territory.
