This article contains help on how to link your existing Winners Circle, Players Club, Tatts Card or Easiplay Club membership to your existing online account.
This article is divided into separate sections for members of our Easiplay Club program (available for residents of South Australia) and the Lott One (available for residents in Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, Tasmania and the Northern Territory).

You should only ever link your own Player Card to your online account as the names on your Player Card and online account must match.
Linking your Player Card using the Lott Website (for customers outside of South Australia)
By linking your existing Winners Circle, Players Club or Tatts Card (now known as the Lott One) to your online account, you can view entries you’ve purchased in-store online via your ticket history, play and manage your Favourite entries, update your details as well as set your preferences for prize payments.
Step 1: Log into the Lott Website
From any page of thelott.com, tap on ‘LOGIN’ in the top right hand corner of your screen and follow the prompts.

Step 2: Access the Membership section of your Account
In the top right hand corner of your screen, tap the My Account icon to open your Account Menu, and then tap on the ‘Settings’ option
Once the My Settings page has loaded, tap on the ‘MEMBERSHIP’ option located at the bottom of the accordion menu
Any existing Player Cards linked to your online account will be shown here. If you did not link a Player Card at the time of creating your online account, a default electronic card will have been created for you.
Step 3: Link your Player Card
Tap on the option ‘LINK AN EXISTING CARD’ which is shown next to any currently linked cards within your online account
Within the pop-up, enter the number shown on your Winners Circle, Players Club or Tatts Card in the field provided and tap the ‘LINK CARD’ button
If successful, you will receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen and your Player Card will appear in the list of Player Cards under ‘My Membership Numbers’.

Linking your Easiplay Club Card using the Lott Website (for customers in South Australia)
By linking your existing Easiplay Club card to your online account, you can view entries you’ve purchased in-store online via your ticket history, play and manage your Favourite entries, update your details, pay your membership activation and renewal fees as well as set your preferences for prize payments.
Step 1: Log into the Lott Website
From any page of thelott.com, tap on ‘LOGIN’ in the top right hand corner of your screen and follow the prompts.

Step 2: Access the Easiplay Club section of your Account
In the top right hand corner of your screen, tap the My Account icon to open your Account Menu, and then tap on the ‘Easiplay Club’ option.
You will be shown the benefits of your in-store membership with Easiplay Club. You can choose at this point to either activate the default Easiplay Club card (which was assigned when you first created your online account) or link an existing card.
Step 3: Link your Easiplay Club Card
If on the introduction screen, tap on the link that says ‘Link an existing card’ which appears beneath the ‘ACTIVATE YOUR CARD’ button.
Within the pop-up, enter the number shown on your Easiplay Club card in the field provided and tap the ‘LINK CARD’ button.
If successful, you will receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen and your Player Card will appear in the list of Player Cards under ‘My Membership Numbers’ within the Easiplay Club membership screen.

Linking your Player Card using the Lott App (for customers outside of South Australia)
To link your existing Winners Circle, Players Club, Tatts Card (now known as the Lott One) within the Lott App, you will be able to use a digital version of your Player Card when registering entries in-store, as well as purchase entries in-store using the funds within your online account through your Player Card.
Step 1: Login to the Lott App for iOS or Android
Open or download the Lott App on your device.

Step 2: Access the In-Store Play section of the App
On the Home Screen, tap the Card icon shown in the top section of the screen to access the In-Store Play section of the App. For iOS devices the Card icon appears in the top left hand corner and within Android the Card icon appears in the top right hand corner.
Note: The example shown above is for customers playing in Queensland showing lottery games available in Queensland, however the Card icon is consistent across all of our jurisdictions.
Any existing Player Cards linked to your online account will be shown here. If you did not link a Player Card at the time of creating your online account, a default electronic card will have been created for you.
Step 3: Add a new Player Card
Within the In-Store Play screen, swipe the image of the Player Card to the left until you see the empty card slot with the button ‘LINK CARD’
Step 4: Enter your Player Card Number
Tap the ‘LINK CARD’ button to launch the Card Number screen. Enter the number that appears on the front of your Winners Circle, Players Club or Tatts Card. Once entered, tap the 'APPLY' button
If successful, you will be taken back to the original In-Store Play screen, with the digital version of your card on display.

Linking your Easiplay Club Card using the Lott App (for customers in South Australia)
By linking your Easiplay Club card to your online account within the Lott App, you will be able to use a digital version of your card when registering entries in-store.
Step 1: Login to the Lott App for iOS or Android
Open or download the Lott App on your device and log into your online account.

Step 2: Access the In-Store Play section of the App
On the Home Screen, tap the Card icon shown in the top section of the screen to access the In-Store Play section of the App. For iOS devices the Card icon appears in the top left hand corner and within Android the Card icon appears in the top right hand corner.
Any existing Easiplay Club cards linked to your online account will be shown here. If you did not link an Easiplay Club card at the time of creating your online account, you will be shown the benefits of your in-store membership with Easiplay Club with the option to either activate the default Easiplay Club card (which was assigned when you first created your online account) or link and existing Easiplay Club card.
Step 3: Link an existing Card
If on the introduction screen, tap on the link that says 'Link an existing card' which appears beneath the 'ACTIVATE YOUR CARD' button.
Step 4: Enter your Easiplay Club Card Number
Enter the number that appears on the front of your Easiplay Club card. Once entered, tap the 'APPLY' button.
If successful, you will be taken back to the original In-Store Play screen, with the digital version of your card on display.
Renewing your Easiplay Club membership
If your Easiplay Club membership has expired, you will be provided with the option to renew your membership for a period of 12 months as part of the card linking process. If you do not require a replacement card to be sent, simply de-select this option before tapping the 'RENEW' button'
