It’s important to keep lottery tickets safe and secure as they could contain prizes.
If you can’t locate your lottery ticket, there are ways we can help you.
For lost tickets registered to a player card
For lost lottery tickets registered to a player card, including Winners Circle, Players Club, Tatts Card or Easiplay Club card, please call us on 131 868.
Once we verify your identify, we can arrange for a cheque or free ticket certificate to be mailed to you using the name and address listed on your membership card.
If you’ve lost both your ticket together and your membership card, please call us immediately on 131 868 so we can place a 'Stop Payment' on your ticket. This will prevent anyone else from claiming your prize, provided the prize has not yet been paid.
For lost tickets not registered to a player card
For lost lottery tickets not registered to a player card, including Winners Circle, Players Club, Tatts Card or Easiplay Club card, a Lost or Damaged Ticket Search Form will need to be completed.
This form will assist us in locating the ticket in our lottery system.
If multiple lottery tickets are lost, a form will need to be completed for each lost ticket.
Download and print the Lost or Damaged Ticket Search Form according to where the ticket was purchased:
- For lottery tickets purchased in Queensland
- For lottery tickets purchased in New South Wales
- For lottery tickets purchased in the Australian Capital Territory
- For lottery tickets purchased in Victoria
- For lottery tickets purchased in Tasmania
- For lottery tickets purchased in the Northern Territory
- For lottery tickets purchased in South Australia
Please forward the completed Lost or Damaged Ticket Search Form to the relevant address listed on the form.
A search fee of $15 ($22 for South Australian customers) must be paid either by cheque, debit, Visa credit card or cash in-person prior to the search proceeding.
A Statutory Declaration must also be completed by the claimant.
Successful claims will be paid after the following periods:
- In Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Queensland, the prize will be paid four weeks after the draw date.
- In New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, the prize the prize will be paid eight weeks after the draw date.
- In South Australia, the prize will be paid 12 months after the draw.
