It’s important to keep lottery tickets safe and secure as they could contain prizes.
If you can’t locate your lottery ticket, there are ways we can help you.
For lost tickets registered to a player card
For lost lottery tickets registered to a player card, including Members Club cards (previously known as either Winners Circle, Players Club, Tatts Card or Easiplay Club), please call us on 131 868.
If you’ve lost both your ticket together and your membership card, please call us immediately on 131 868 so we can place a 'Stop Payment' on your ticket. This will prevent anyone else from claiming your prize, provided the prize has not yet been paid.
For lost tickets not registered to a player card
For lost lottery tickets not registered to a player card, including Members Club cards (previously known as either Winners Circle, Players Club, Tatts Card or Easiplay Club) a Lost or Damaged Ticket Search Form will need to be completed.
This form will assist us in locating the ticket in our lottery system.
If multiple lottery tickets are lost, a form will need to be completed for each lost ticket.
Download and print the Lost or Damaged Ticket Search Form according to where the ticket was purchased:
